Our client, a large multinational company based in Shannon is looking for talented individuals to be part of their technical support team.
They are looking for a Dutch Technical Support Agent.
Shannon is a nice little village located 10 minutes away from the international airport of Shannon and 30min from Limerick, the 3rd Irish city.
You will be working in a very nice environment with dynamic profesionnals coming from everywhere in Europe. The starting date is as soon as possible and you will be part of a multilingual team (200 people / 17 nationalities)
For this role, you will need to have very good IT skills as you will have to provide technical support and assistance to a number of issues.

Salary of 21K
Requirements:
- Fluency required in Dutch and English (both oral and written)
- Very good computer skills (hardware/software/network)
- Excellent communication skills
- Work permit
