Our client, based in Dundalk, is a worldwide leader in providing high value customised promotional products for businesses across all industries in over 20 countries.
Main purpose:
You will be required to sell a range of products to existing customers through outbound telephone calling. Please, note that this role doesn't involve cold calls or business development. You will required to call customers from an existing database.
Responsibilities:
•Manage and maintain a database of existing customers accounts
•Strengthen existing company's relationship with its high-value customers
•Discover how customers use their products and prepare consultative solutions to meet each customer’s unique situation
•Coordinate with other as necessary to meet customer expectations
•Participation in product projects when required
Skills:
•Good telephone manner: courteous, clear speech, good call management, assertive
•Fluent in Finnish and English
•Have previous experience within a sales environment, particularly direct sales and with a proven sales ability
•Be computer literate, with good keyboard skills; familiar with different on-line data-base packages
•Possess good communication and listening skills with a pleasant telephone manner
