Our client is one of the largest company in the World.
They are looking to develop a brand new German spaking team to assist their customers with their technical problems. It is basic to complex problems so depending on your IT level, you will be in a more or less technical departement. You will receive a 4 weeks training.
Requirements:
- Fluency required in German and English (both oral and written)
- Very good computer skills
- Call centre experience
- Excellent communication skills
