Our client, based in Cork, is currently looking for a Finnish speaker to work as a Travel Admin Consultant.
The main purpose of the role is to monitor and issue all the travel documentation that need to be sent to customers (vouchers, airlines/charters tickets, insurances T&C’s) prior to their holidays.
Responsibilities:
• Issuing travel-related documents and verifying accuracy.
• Processing any amendments or cancellations related to the travel bookings, whether customer requested or otherwise will be handled efficiently and effectively in this role.
• Maintain regular contact with Members in an effort to satisfy their holiday requirements.
• Controlling and processing payments.
• Ensuring a top service is delivered to members at all times.
• Ensuring all the necessary documentation is accurately completed after each call.
Requirements:
• 6 months experience minimum working as an administrator in a travel environment and preferably using a CRS system
• Strong accuracy and attention to details - Essential
• Fluency in Finnish and English - Essential
