The successful candidate will join a very dynamic and friendly Team as a Market Research Analyst / Telemarketing Representative.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Gathering customer information through outbound campaigns for UK, German, Italian and Spanish Markets
* Consulting with potential customers to identify their key business issues
* Capturing essential IT infrastructures and potential business opportunities
* Meeting required targets
* Building and developing relationships with key stakeholders
* Co-ordinating and supporting Marketing and Sales Teams
* Analysing Data collected
PROFILE:
* Fluency in English is essential, also looking for candidates with fluency in one of the following languages; German, French, Spanish or Italian
* Ideally a Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering or equivalent type degree
* This role is suitable for an ambitious target driven individual with an interest in a career progression into Sales
* Preferably already based in Ireland or planning to relocate to Ireland on the very short term
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Ability to contribute to a shared goal together with others
* High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment
* Willingness to join a dynamic, multinational team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous call centre / Tele-marketing / Market Research experience is a plus but not essential.
WHAT WE OFFER:
* This position is a contractor role, based in Clontarf, Dublin 3 (DART Clontarf Rd)
* This role is seen as the internal pool of talent for our Business development and Sales teams and offers a real possibilitiy to get promoted within 5 / 6 months. You will have exposure to International Sales Campaigns for our top-of-the-range products
* You will also have access to ORACLUB, our sports and social club as well as 3 subsidised Restaurants and an onsite Gym!
