IBM Ireland are currently looking for Swedish speakers with Vista experience for their Dublin based office. This is an excellent opportunity for a career in IT within a multinational and busy environment. Ideal candidates have Customer Service and Windows Vista experience, as well as a strong interest in IT. Responsibilities:
~ Look after incoming calls from IBM customers.
~ Identify and solve their problems.
~ Update client files.
~ Look after other clients technical problems related to their IBM products.
Qualifications:
~ Fluent Swedish and a good level of English.
~ Customer Service Experience is a must.
~ A genuine interest in IT (previous technical support experience or a degree in IT is a must).
~ Experience working with Windows Vista.
