IT Market leader IBM is currently seeking Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives with Norwegian for their European Customer Support Centre located in Dublin 15.
In this position you will be providing technical support and customer service to IBM business customers from Nordic countries.
Ideal candidates will possess solid computer/IT skills, excellent customer service skills and phone manners, as well as good team-player skills.
This is the perfect job for people with fluent Norwegian and a good level of English who want:

Qualifications:
