What is the job?
As Danish customer support agent you will be required to be able provide Danish customers with solutions to any problems that they may be having. You will also be dealing with any Danish customer service issues that may arise in the company and you should be able to troubleshoot these problems yourself. This Danish customer support vacancy requires communication by both phone and email as you will be answering calls and replying/responding to emails and ensuring customer satisfaction on all duties taken within this Danish customer support role.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with near native fluency in Danish and English both written and spoken. The ideal candidate will have some experience with Danish customer support, preferably in a call centre. You will need to be available to relocate in a short space of time. The role is mainly phone and email based so candidates should be comfortable with this line of customer support role.

Interview process and salary
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in a Danish customer support role in the west of Ireland as there is no relocation package. The salary is EUR22,000 plus vhi healthcare insurance from day one. You will also receive 22 days holidays. After the probation period you are entitled to discounted shares. The interview process is as follows: There will be an initial phone screening, followed by an in depth phone/Skype interview. If you pass this round you will then be subject to reference checks and then an offer will be made if you are successful.
