Dutch Customer Service Rep - Cork

Working with a leading multinational pharmaceutical company who are actively looking to recruit a Dutch Customer Service Analyst for their team.
The role involves speaking to the customers from when they initially make their order, manually processing it, dealing with any queries, database management through to cash collection.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Monitor and resolve order issues
 Manage open orders
 Manage, track and resolve disputes
 Adhere to metrics and SLA reporting
 Liaise with internal contacts including sales and marketing and distribution
 Liaise with internal contacts including logistic service providers
 Customer Dispute Resolution
 Cash Collection
 Control inventory movements using SAP
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
 University Degree
 Min 2 years of customer service/calls centre experience.
 SAP Experience.
