German Sales Reservation Agents – Cork
Working for a leading travel company based in Cork who are actively looking to recruit German Reservation Support Agents to start asap.
Duties:
Receive and process calls from customers
Generate Sales
Handle customer queries
Provide first class customer service
Book reservations,
Provide information on all the company brands
Sales and service to the caller in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures.
Candidate should be based in Ireland
Salary €19.5K bonus scheme and excellent benefits.
