This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic and growing outsourced services call centre and work for one of the most high profile brands in the technology world. Due to expansion, and new client acquisitions, we are looking to recruit a team of multi-lingual Japanese support specialists to handle emails from business customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing with business and education sector customers you will receive incoming requests from customers looking to resolve issues relating to online web applications.
* You will diagnose basic technical issues with web applications and aim to solve problems. You will be responsible for escalating more difficult cases accordingly
* You will provide outstanding levels of customer service to worldwide application users, working to service level agreements
* You will use the internal computer systems to log tickets and track actions and communication with customers
* You will work as part of a team and aim to meet both individual and team goals
(Full training will be provided)
Experience required:
* Basic understanding of web-based applications is required
* At least 1 years experience in either customer service or 1st/2nd line support role
* Fluency in English both verbal and written is essential
* Excellent IT skills are required with a passion for technology
* Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to task
* An effective team player who is able to also work independently
* Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
* Very customer service focused able to deal with customers in a friendly and polite manner
* Able to multi-task and organise workload
