My client, a dynamic and innovative IT multinational, is looking to recruit a Technical Support Technician with fluent Turkish or Russian for a permanent role based inCork.
The Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support on a range of products to customers and resellers to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Fluent Turkish or Russian required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Be the first point of contact to provide phone, email and online support to customers and resellers
* Log and process support calls, escalating to senior support engineers where required
* Interact with team members to provide solutions to technical issues
* Manage support queues with a view to adhering to service level objectives
* Use and modify existing solutions and create new solutions to contribute to the company Knowledge Base
* Engage in personal development projects such as process improvement activities and support readiness activities
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years post sales/customer support experience
* 1 years experience of networking and web/internet protocols - knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, FTP protocols
* Third level qualification in technical field or industry certifications an advantage
* Understanding of SLOs
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
* Some travel may be required
