Duties & Responsibilities
Demand Generation: Using multiple lead-generation tools, work with EMC teams and EMC Channel partners to execute outbound call campaigns into EMC customers and prospects. Follow up on all leads from campaigns for qualification, subsequent sale cycles and closure.
Channel Alignment: Build relationships with EMC Reseller sales reps that cover your assigned territory. Build and manage relationships with assigned EMC DMR and Distribution Partners
Implementing: Oversee the implementation of the MozyPro solution by the integrated account team
Take inbound/make outbound calls to businesses according to assigned market segment/geo territory
Meet all sales/service standards, quotas and protocols ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
Education, Experience, Skills & Requirements
Passionate about Sales and achieving excellence in everything you do
Proven track record in BTB/Channel sales a plus
Previous high tech sales experience experience a plus
Fluency in English essential, 2nd European language a plus
Experience working with Salseforce.com and ability to navigate in a Windows & Mac environment; PC proficient
Substantial industry knowledge as well as ability to learn EMC solution sets in order to develop and drive solutions
Successful track record working with both local and virtual teams
Strong communication skills, excellent telephone skills
Strong attention to detail
Available to travel internationally as required by the business
Degree in a related field
