Company: Our client is a company a leading online gaming company who have developed a suite of products that has allowed their business customers to revolutionize their internet applications. They currently have a vacancy for a Russian Speaking Gaming Support Executive in Dublin Ireland.
Role: In the role of Gaming Support you will be required to direct a team of Gaming Support agents while taking an active role in their career development. In addition you are responsible for training and communication to ensure that your team has the resources it needs. Further to this you must ensure exposure across queue resources and create in-depth reports, including trends and forecasts.
Skills: The ideal candidate must speak fluent Russian and fluent English. You will possess at least 2 years experience in a support environment with 1 year experience in a leadership role. The candidate will need to have a passion for gaming along with very good IT skills including, excellent knowledge of the internet, internet applications, Microsoft windows, familiar with PC hardware, PC gaming and similar electronics. The successful candidate will also be outgoing hardworking individual.
