My client is looking for a driven and motivated Danish speaker with a background in senior IT engineering or 2nd Line Tech Support with Relevant Education to support the role. Based in Dublin, location is easily accessible to public transport and there are a number of great employee benefits on offer.

Key Aspect of the Role:
Responsibilities:
• Resolving users' application questions or problems in the areas of software configurations/setup, product functionality and bugs/enhancements
• Participating in online, company sponsored Discussion Groups
• Serving as primary support contact between company and end user
• Keeping client informed of how and when problems are resolved
• Involve yourself in any additional follow ups and requirements, troubleshooting and testing
• Responsible for appropriate referral to other support and quality assurance areas
• Promoting and maintaining a high quality, professional, service oriented company image among users
Requirements:
1. Degree engineering or relevant equivalent
2. Engineering experience considered
3. CAD, modelling or rendering software
4. A level of Technical knowledge in WindowsOS and Microsoft Office
5. Determined and motivated
6. Take an active interest in emerging IT product knowledge and capabilities
