A large multinational that has their European Headquaters based in Galway City is expanding to due massive growth and want to hire fluent German speakers to join the Customer Service department.
Role Includes:
• Corresponding with customers via email and telephone
• Dealing with payment/delivery issues
• Working as a team
• Problem solving and multitasking
• Assisting all company departments
• Fluent German is essential
