My client a multi-national based in North Dublin currently have a requirement for an accounts payable person with fluent French. Within this role you will be involved in processing of all invoices - specifically looking after subsidy and freight and standard invoices
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor invoices and ensure there are no errors or delays
• reconcile the invoices back to vendor statements on a weekly basis
• Process of all invoices to the system
• carry out supplier recs on a monthly basis with a view to maintaining supplier relationships and resolve all queries
• ad hoc projects as required.
• Daily filing of invoices
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong accounts payable experience and have worked within a multi-national environment
• have experience using Oracle
• Must be fluent french
• Strong systems and excel experience
