Due to continued expansion, I am currently looking to recruit experienced Russian speaking technical support engineer for a full time permanent position to be based in Cork, Ireland.
The successful candidate must have a technical diploma or degree and will have completed a CCNA or MCSE certification with at least 2 years technical support experience.
Excellent Salary well in excess of the market average and a full benefits package on offer.
In this role you will be responsible for providing technical assistance onthe full range of the clients product installed and/or configured on any supported Windows platforms. The support will be provided directly to their customers and resellers via various means of communication such as Phone, Email, and or Web Tools
Where the primary role of the Support Technician is to handle customer/resellers Technical queries, the technician will also be involved in various tasks aiming at enhancing the support and product portfolio
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a post sales or customer support background gained ideally within a corporate or distribution channel support environment.
• 1 years experience where knowledge of networking and web/internet protocols was required
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, FTP protocols
