Responsibilities:
Driving Sales Performance across Consumer and Education Sales Teams through their Solution Sales and upsell techniques
Providing Solution focused advice and workshops to Sales Reps based on customer type and market trends
Providing Solutions for Technical Customer Queries through Inbound or Outbound Sales Calls
Assisting Sales Reps to close more complex deals through research and provision of solution data and options
Providing regular technical updates at times of product ramp up or Launch periods
Regular 1:1 Coaching to identify customer trends and frequently asked questions and to address knowledge gaps
Liaise with Store content team to ensure stock and content support Sales Team
Liaison with Business Partners in Apple to ensure consistent messaging and focus within the Consumer and Education Teams
Ensuring the Team is instrumental in achieving targets (as appropriate) and increase sales in line with business objectives.
To ensure the Team can deliver outstanding customer service
This position includes responsibilities and activities required to increase and ensure support to our customers who purchase CPU’s and associated products through the Apple Store.

Primary Focus: Responsible for driving our TeleSales Performance in the Consumer and Education sector through Product Expetise and customer solution focus. This role will involve direct customer contact to consult on technical solutions and customer options. 1:1 Coaching and Development will be a part of the role. Must have good technical knowledge and experience in dealing with Customer needs and solutions.

Skills required:
• Fluent Dutch & English is a must, any additional languages would be an bonus.
• Be in a position to support Sales Reps through Technical Sales Queries and to speak directly to customers when necessary
• Be interested in Products and Technology with an ability to learn quickly
• Be enthusiastic about knowledge sharing and best practices
• Have an interest in Market Trends and Business News and be willing to spend time reading and researching new products and market trends.
• Possess strong Communication Skills and be comfortable and open in giving Feedback to Sales Reps
• Be flexible to the changing requirements of the Business and an international environment
• Be creative and innovative in how our coaching and expertise can be improved for optimised Product knowledge
• Have the ability to plan, prioritise and organise
• Have the ability to see the big picture and manage according to Business Requirements
• Be extremely focused on providing the very best in Customer Service

Experience & Education:

A background in a technical environment or as a Technical Product Expert is preferred
Experience in a target driven Sales Environment is essential.
1:1 coaching experience is an advantage but not essential
