Company: Our client is an Outsourcing company that provides end-to-end customer service, technical support and sales services to SME & Enterprise customers across the world. They are based in Cork, Ireland and are building a new team of technical support professionals to work on a new client account.
Role: This role will be to support customers of a global technology company that provide b2b solutions to corporate clients. The technical support agent will take calls from the Japanese market regarding products and will troubleshoot queries, technical questions and setting up accounts so that the user can utilize the system correctly.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess fluent Japanese and have previous technical support, helpdesk or similar background in IT.
