Our client, based in Clare, is currently recruiting for a Account Manager / Order Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very progressive organisation for an IMMEDIATE START! You will be working in the Account Management Department, this department is responsible for all direct communications with customers, order processing, customer service requests, returns processing & warranty claims.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* To provide Key Account Management to a defined number of key customer accounts
* Manage all day-to-day aspects of those accounts:
* Ensure customer sales orders are entered correctly, scheduled and acknowledged promptly
* Coordinate any product returns
* Manage customer backlogs
* Respond promptly to queries that the customer may have
* Interface with Regional managers, Field Sales & Corporate Sales to drive and facilitate the key customers.
* Take responsibility for other duties as requested and as assigned from time to time.
Requirements / Essential Skills / Attributes
* Minimum 1 years experience in an Account Management position in the manufacturing sector.
* Fluent English both written and spoken
* Excellent attention to detail with a preference towards customer relationship management.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Decision-making, problem resolution and resourceful thinking skills.
* Ability to multi-task across various tasks with shifting priorities.
* Highly energetic and self-starter.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Must have demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and interact across departments in a manufacturing environment.
