Company: Our client is a leading outsourcing company that has in excess of 20 years experience providing IT, Customer service and sales support to their global client base. Their core business is supporting world leading companies to stream line their processes and service offerings. They now have a vacancy for a German Technical Support Representative in Dublin Ireland.
Role: As a member of their technical support team you will work on a dedicated project and provide customers with specific information about high-tech devices, hardware and software. This is a varied role that will see you support IT & customer service requests on high quality products and services. You must at all times provide excellent support to customers. This is a varied role that will see you support IT & customer service requests on high quality products. You will join the DACH team in a dynamic and international environment.
Skills: The ideal candidate will be native-level German speaker and English. He/She must have:
- Very good knowledge of photography and digital camera (zooms - optical and digital, filters, focal length, exposure, SLR, DSLR, shutter speed, aperture...).
- Passion for Photography and Art.
- Strong Graphic Design Software skills.
- Previous experience supporting business customers.
- Candidates based in Dublin will be preferred
