Role / Responsibilities:
* Business Analysis: Proactively partners with business clients, technical teams, and key stakeholders to manage requirements including identifying and coordinating requirement issues/changes, updating requirements documentation, assisting in determining cost/schedule impacts, and addressing requirement gaps.
* Leadership: Fosters client relationships with business and leadership teams by contributing to the creation of technology/process strategic plans; Provides leadership in creating service support models (for technology support), delivery models, and development priorities for projects of medium scope and complexity demonstrating creative adaptation of existing standards and IS capabilities.
* Client Support: Assesses and identifies the business need and opportunity by conducting stakeholder analysis (identifying key stakeholders); discussing and documenting business opportunities, requests, and needs; developing regulatory assessments; and facilitating and documenting the initial solution concepts.
* Continuous Improvements: Partners with key business process participants to identify areas for process and/or application functionality improvement. Leads business case development by defining the high-level scope, conducting feasibility studies (of possible solution approaches), participating in impact & cost-benefit analyses, conducting risk analyses, and ensuring alignment with the business client's overall strategy.
* Project Execution: Partners with project teams by managing vendors, interfacing with support and maintenance, and communicating off-shore requirements as required; Leads project execution (ongoing requirements elaboration, design reviews, functional reviews and supporting the application development lifecycle).
* Documentation Control: Develops business process documentation approaches and monitors adherence of documentation deliverables to those approaches; creates and develops high-level and detailed business requirements and associated documentation.


Skills & Experience
* At least 8 years' procurement experience gained within a multinational environment
* Previous experience of SAP implementation
* Educated to degree level in a relevant field
