The role: Program Manager, Global ISO Program Team, SMB Sales and Operations
The ISO Program Team ensures that we acquire new high-growth advertisers for Google by partnering with the Inside Sales Organization (ISO). The team leads the design, planning and operations of programs that drive a scalable and analytical approach to generating incremental revenue growth working in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering. Experts in driving strategy, process improvements and consistency, team members are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic sense of getting things done. In this role, you will lead the way on one or more key programs that accelerate growth and improve ISO?s productivity. This is a strategic role that will require you to develop solutions to complex, ambiguous and high visibility business challenges. You will work closely with sales and cross-functional leaders to ensure the smooth execution and implementation of these solutions through the global ISO programs. Additionally, you will have exposure and visibility to senior executives and cross-functional leaders as you evangelize the revenue opportunity and highlight revenue impact from your programs.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure and manage the successful execution of global programs end-to-end.
* Identify opportunities for product, program, and process improvement, with a focus on driving significant revenue growth.
* Ensure successful planning, execution, analysis and communication of your projects.
* Advocate on behalf of ISO to cross-functional partners to drive development of requirements and execution of solutions.
* Communicate the team?s successes, challenges and plans to senior executives across Google effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* MBA.
* Experience in a management consulting, business operations, or sales execution role.
* Experience in online advertising sales or similar industries.
* Demonstrable experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
* Project management, problem solving and analysis skills and impeccable business judgment.
* Strong excel financial modeling skills; proficiency in PowerPoint. Familiarity with database query (e.g. MS Access), statistical analysis and/or SQL coding.
