Dutch Lead Generator
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Lead Validation team will be working within a European Team and be responsible for reviewing websites to indentify prospects for the EU sales teams to a pre set criteria. The candidate will be self-motivated and have the ability to navigate prospect websites, to establish suitability to be added to the Sales Pipeline. The role requires self-motivation, and the ability to work on a large data-set whilst maintaining objectivity and commitment to maintain the quality required. A familiarity with online shopping, alongside basic skills using Microsoft Office and Windows PCs is greatly desirable.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Review potential merchants websites to identify the possibility of the merchant using PayPal
Maintain detailed, accurate lead reports on excel
Maintain and promote a positive and professional attitude while building collaborative relationships among potential and existing colleagues
Participate in special projects (as needed) and perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall sales and team results
Job Requirements Required Standards

Good organisation and communication skills
Basic computer skills such as MS outlook and windows as well as typing skills
Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
Must be trustworthy, reliable and accountable
Ability to learn and think quickly
The ideal candidate must be a quick learner, self driven and posses a appreciation for the internet & technology.
Basic Qualifications A. Experience
i. Experience using Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience using an SFA system such as Gold Mine, ACT, Siebel or SalesForce.com also a plus.
ii. Excellent oral and written communication experience
B. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Excellent internal and external communication skills. Must be quality and detailed oriented, yet understand the level of detail appropriate for the situation.
2. Truly understand customer needs and serve an advocate for the merchants interests within the PayPal organization.
3. Team player with demonstrated ability to execute across a cross-functional team
4. Must be able to work independently. Strong working knowledge of PC based Internet and software applications.
5. Knowledge of external systems and software (The Internet, Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel).
6. Ability to communicate effectively via email transmission by utilizing proper grammar and punctuation skills.
7. Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through.
8. Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers.
