Currently seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage the delivery of a premier technical service to business customers.
The role involves managing a portfolio of customers, offering technical advise and ensuring they receive value.
You will analyse your customers complex business requirements and map them to solutions on offer.
Duties:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer prompt resolution of technical problems.
- Be an advocate for customers priorities internally.
- Proactively identify and implement application solutions and enhancements.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in specific functional and technical areas.
- Establish strong relationships internally.
- Drive the achievement of renewal targets for subscriptions.
Required Skills:
- BA/BS Degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline
- Technical Support or implementation experience with CRM or ERP application.
- Previous experience in support or project management.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize, escalate and lead troubleshooting efforts on complex technical issues in enterprise IT systems.
- Knowledge of the software development process and of software design methodologies (coding experience is not required, but may be useful)
- Flexibility for occasional travel.
- Fluent German and English
