The role: Agency Program Manager (Global SMB Revenue), SMB Sales and Operations
In this role, you will lead a team focused on programs for our agency managed advertisers and be responsible for developing solutions to complex, ambiguous and high visibility business challenges with the goal of driving significant revenue growth. You will work closely with sales and cross-functional leaders to ensure the smooth execution and implementation of these solutions through the global revenue programs. Additionally, you will have exposure and visibility to senior executives and cross-functional leaders as you evangelize the revenue opportunity and highlight revenue impact from your programs.
Responsibilities:

* Ensure and manage the successful execution of global revenue programs.
* Identify opportunities for product, program, and process improvement, with a focus on driving significant revenue growth.
* Develop and independently run multiple global projects end-to-end.
* Ensure successful planning, execution, analysis, and communication of your projects.
* Advocate on behalf of SMB sales to cross-functional partners to drive development of requirements and execution of solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

* MBA.
* Experience working at or with advertising agencies. Experience in online advertising sales or similar industries.
* Experience in a management consulting, business operations, or sales execution role.
* Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
* Strong communication skills with experience of presenting to many different stakeholders.
* Project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
