Inside Sales Representative
We are actively recruiting for an experienced Italian Speaking Inside Sales Representatives to join our expanding Inside Sales Team.
As part of our 2012 growth strategy the EMC Inside Sales Team will expand its operations in Cork and as a result is seeking out the top IT Sales talent currently in the market.
The main aim of the Inside Sales Representative is to manage and drive business (both existing and new) in their assigned territory by working through the channel (a 3rd party reseller for EMC)
The Inside Sales function is responsible for generating incremental business and growing/up selling an installed based portfolio of data storage products & services in a challenging, exciting and growing IT new market. You will be an office based Sales Representative offering Information Management Solutions and Services through local partners.
What are the Business Objectives of Inside Sales?
To ensure own and teams sales targets/objectives are achieved by selling EMCs products and services to new clients
Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative:
Drive revenues through the channel
Ensure sales targets/objectives are achieved quarterly and annually
Generate and develop new business through the channel
Continuously improve the buying experience for our customers
Account Managing a portfolio of clients and close liaison with the field / channel
Attend meetings in country when required and travel to partner events
Drive process improvement
Skills Required for Inside Sales Representative:
Fluent English and Italian language speaker
Proven Sales experience in the IT Industry
Previous experience in an Inside Sales environment desirable
Ability to handle constructive and critical customer feedback and implement ideas for process improvement
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal at all levels
Can Do / Winner attitude essential with a hunger and drive to succeed.
