The role: Project Manager, Global ISO Program Team, SMB Sales and Operations
The Inside Sales Organization (ISO) Program Team ensures that we acquire new high-growth advertisers for Google by partnering with the Inside Sales Organization. The team leads the design, planning and operations of programs that drive a scalable and analytical approach to generating incremental revenue growth working in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering. Experts in driving strategy, process improvements and consistency, team members are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic sense of getting things done.
In this role, you will drive large projects that have high impact on the ISO business. You will be responsible for developing solutions to complex, ambiguous and high visibility business challenges with the goal of driving significant revenue growth. You will work closely with sales and cross-functional leaders to ensure the smooth execution and implementation of these solutions through the global ISO programs. Additionally, you will have exposure and visibility to senior executives and cross-functional leaders as you evangelize the revenue opportunity and highlight revenue impact from your programs.
Responsibilities:

* Ensure and manage the successful execution of global programs.
* Identify opportunities for product, program and process improvement, with a focus on driving significant revenue growth.
* Develop and independently run multiple global projects end-to-end. Ensure successful planning, execution, analysis, and communication of your projects.
* Advocate on behalf of ISO to cross-functional partners to drive development of requirements and execution of solutions.
* Communicate the team?s successes, challenges and plans to senior executives across Google effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

* MBA.
* Experience in a business operations or sales execution role with proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and influence.
* Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Familiarity with database query (e.g. MS Access), statistical analysis and/or SQL.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Experience in online advertising sales or similar industries.
