Responsibilities:
- Helping customers to resolve problems through analysing, questioning and discussing possible outcomes in a positive and friendly manner on the phone and by e-mail
- Taking ownership of ongoing customer issues with an emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction
- Troubleshooting or escalate to another member of the team when necessary
- Achieving set targets and using discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Creating an excellent rapport with the customer.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in Norwegian
- Excellent technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of Networks and operating systems (Unix/Windows)
- PC literate and proficiency of MS Office
- Proven record in offering excellent customer service
- Excellent team-spirit desire to share knowledge
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Resilient under pressure and self motivated to learn new skills to progress within the organisation
- Aptitude for understanding and solving problems
- Can demonstrate effective interactive skills and ability to work as part of a team
