Our client is looking for people who are very tecky, fluent in German, and who love to work in a challenging environment where you can control your own career path.
In order for you to get the best out of the job and your career, our client does look for experience in Technical Support and strong IT knowledge.

• Technical and eager to learn more?
• Fluent in German
• Minimum of 6 months in Technical Support role
• Experience in volume inbound/ outbound calls as well as IT ticket handling
• IT knowledge is essential
