What is the role?
As a German photography support your job will provide German speaking Customer Service to all clients calling from the DACH region. The calls come in from both professional photographers and amateurs alike. This role is part of a growing team so future roles can include 2nd line helpdesk, team-coach or maybe even teamlead. You will work with clients who are working 7 days a week so you are required to do the odd weekend-shift.

Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is German both spoken and written and has excellent English. You have gained some experience in customer service via phone or face to face and now what it takes to deliver quality German customer service. Furthermore you have an interest in photography. Maybe you are an avid amateur photographer or have worked in a photography studio.
Where is the role based?
This job is based in Dublin and is ideal to reach by car or many of the major busroutes! Dublin has lots to offer and is only a hop and skip away by plane from all major European cities.
Interview process and Salary
The company will conduct a multiple choice tech test and an interview. If you are abroad this will be done via phone and email. salary is EUR20,000 + excellent benefits
