Customer Relationship Manager (Internal) German & French speaking

Our client, a global multinational pharmaceutical and medical device company with a prestigious product portfolio requires a motivated self starter to join their Sales Development Team. Focusing on the EMEA region the Sales Customer Relationship Manager will have a leadership style which develops a proactive and motivated team spirit within his/her multi-lingual team.

This is a new initiative to target and develop a new market segment. The person will have a very prestigious product to offer prospective clients who are in a growing market segment.

Duties:
• Manage and maintain a database of accounts with associated Sales R evenue and Key Performance targets
• Strengthen existing relationship with customers and initiate new customers
• Discover how customers use their promotional products and prepare consultative promotional solutions to meet each customer's unique situation
• Coordinate with other departments as necessary to meet customer expectations
• Participation in product projects when required

Ideal Candidate:
• Previous team lead, supervisory experience in a sales environment
• Ability to motivate people and lead by example
• Good telephone manner: courteous, clear speech, good call management, assertive and professional
• Educated to degree level in Human Biological Sciences, Pharmacy or other relevant course, or have the personal professionalism to work wtihin the science sector. Extensive training provided.
• Be fluent in English & German
• Have previous experience within a sales environment, particularly direct sales and with a proven sales ability preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device
• Be adept at identifying and developing new sales opportunities for the company. You need to have multichannel experience
• Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• Be computer literate, with good keyboard skills; familiar with different on-line data-base packages
• Possess good communication and listening skills with a pleasant telephone manner
• Possess good problem solving skills
• Be a good team player
