Company: Our client is establishing an International centre that will support their European customer base for e-commerce support. They currently have a Spanish Quality Assurance Tester based in Louth Ireland.
Role: In the role of Quality Assurance Tester you will be required to plan, develop, and implement function and regression tests both through manual and also automatic test methods. The ideal candidate will be involved in the creation of test cases and test plans. You must also monitor and optimize the QA and test processes. In addition you must analyze and remedy problems from the Customer Support. Identify problems in relation to installation and configuration in test environment.
Skills: The skills needed for this role are as follows;
- Spanish and English
- Degree in Higher education in a technical discipline
- You must have Electrical Engineering and Communications Engineering experience or appropriate
- 3 years minimum software development
- 2 years software approval processes
- Experience in QA processes methods and corresponding tools
- Knowledge of Release Procedures and fault diagnosis as well as experience with automatic test Tools.
- Experience in Windows and MAC OS including installation and configuration Networks
