Our client, very large IT multinational company based in Cork is looking for talented individuals to be part of their technical support team.
You will be working in OUTSTANDING environments with dynamic professionnals coming from everywhere in Europe.
For this role, you will need to have very good communication skills as you will have to provide technical support and assistance to a number of issues.
We have several levels of roles depending on your technical abilities (basic to more complex)
You will receive a 4 weeks training.
Requirements:
- Fluency required in German and English (both oral and written)
- Good computer skills
- Call centre experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
