Portfolio Specialist - Italian Market
Our client is a Global Lease Financing and Asset Management business unit, operating in 51 countries with $10bn in assets and employs 1300 people worldwide. In EMEA, the company operates under a full banking licence issued by the Irish Financial Regulator.
Our client offers business customers the option to source, order, manage and finance their IT infrastructure and IT requirements under one umbrella.
The Portfolio Specialist (PS) role works with customers to provide data and support at end of lease. The Portfolio Specialist will negotiate and manage a solution with the customer to
(a) Extend the Lease (b) Return the Equipment (c) Buy the Equipment or (d) Refresh the Equipment
JOB PURPOSE
* Negotiate and agree End of Lease opportunities with the Customer
*Support company strategy
*Set pricing in line with Schedule of Authority
*Manage and Own assigned Customers within your portfolio
*Optimise/maximise performance of owned portfolio
Responsibilities
* Responsible for Forecasting and Delivering Results
* Ensure Monthly/Quarterly business plan is achieved
* Provide trend analysis of portfolio performance
* Work with customers to provide value add solutions to optimise their IT infrastructure
* Liaise and support colleagues across the various functions to ensure timely delivery of all stakeholders objectives
* Keep up with current market trends and market information
* Assist in recovery activities for defaulted customer where required
Skills and Competencies
*Ability to use portfolio pricing systems and strong excel skills
*Understanding time value of money concept & cash flow analysis
*Fluency in Italian is required for this role
*An added advantage is having an understanding of the Leasing industry
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors Degree, preferably in a business discipline
3+ year's relevant experience
Strong IT skills especially MS Excel
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong time management and organisation skills
The ability to work in a fast paced team environment
