Sigmar Recruitment is looking for German Banking Administrators
Our client is a large multinational based in Dublin who is looking for a German speaker to work as part of their banking team.
This person will be primarily responsible for responding to Client investigations for a specific geographical region related to money transfer and minimising risk.
The role will include:-
• Responding to Client investigations in a professional and timely manner.
• Dealing with investigations from CSOs and internal departments
• Interacting with other team members and management to ensure and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the unit.
• Risk monitoring with escalation to managers.
The ideal candidate will have the following:-
• It is essential that the suitable candidate has fluent English and German
• Strong IT skills are necessary in this role
• Solid communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Good judgment and problem solving ability
• Ability to work to deadlines while under pressure
• Ability to deliver a high quality of customer service
• Team player with a positive, flexible and adaptable attitude
• Call centre experience would be a plus
