Sigmar Recruitment is looking for target focused proven salespeople.
Our client is a large multinational based in Dublin who is looking for a German Native speaker to bring their sales to the next level.
It is vital that the person chosen has a love of business development and generating new sales. Innovative paths to market and an enthusiastic approach to business are also paramount to the role.
The inside sales representative will be responsible for turning qualified leads into revenue generating sales by identifying the needs of the clients customers.
The role will include:-
• The achievement of set targets
• Turning leads into sales opportunities
• Managing and improving your own pipeline
• Cold calling and business development
• The Inside sales representative will be responsible for forecasting their own sales
• Researching current market trends and indentifying new opportunities
• Training and aiding the development of other team members
• Continually up skilling to keep up to date with product development
• Participating in special “key” assignments where necessary
The ideal candidate will have the following:-
• Fluent English and German
• A proven track record in identifying leads and closing sales
• 1-3 years sales experience
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Bachelors degree or leaving cert plus relevant experience
