My client is one of the world's leading Technology companies, who's growing extremely fast on the market every year. At the moment we have a requirement for an DANISH Technical support representative in Liexlip (Kildare).
This is a Permanent position with a salary of EUR28.000 / EUR30.000
Responsibilities:
*Provide first-line technical support to meet customer expectations
*Dealing with technical and complex issues which can vary from Product Features, Specifications & Repairs to complex Installations and Configurations.
*Manage full cycle of each customer issue and escalate it using your independent judgement and experience to diagnose and troubleshoot problems or identify cases for escalation.
Required skills:
*Fluent in Danish and English
*Data analysis & numeracy skills
*Microsoft OS, VMware and/or Linux
*SAN environment, LAN, Enterprise Virtual Arrays and Storage Systems - knowledge of SAN appliances, Unix Systems
*Excellent communications, interpersonal, commercial & organisational skills
*Ability to build effective relationships in a cross-functional team environment
*Proven ability to work under pressure and in an ever-changing environment.
*High attention to detail & ability to drive flawless execution to tight deadlines
