CPL Ireland - German Customer Service

I am currenty looking for a German speaking candidate for a customer service role in Dublin for a 12 month contract.
Aim of Position:
To take responsibility for all aspects of Customer Service to ensure Customer satisfaction (speed and quality) and
to assist with duties in Finance Dept
Daily Tasks:
• Checking /Handling of incoming customer orders (prices, delivery times, payment terms, etc.)
• Processing customer orders (Entry, Follow Up, Confirming etc.)
• Processing and sending invoices.
• Processing and sending credit notes.
• Processing / dealing with customer inquiries queries via fax, phone and e-mail in German/English in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and submit quotations.
• Liaise with company departments if relevant to achieve target e.g.
- sales representatives (quotations, payment + delivery terms etc.
- production planning (e.g. to expedite urgent orders etc.)
- shipping dept. (e.g. direct delivery to end-user)
- finance (e.g invoice, payment terms)
- technical engineers (e.g. offering optimal sealing solution on request etc.)
• Taking care of sample orders.
• Taking responsibility for handling + processing customer complaints
• Any other activities as might be required.
• Reporting to Commercial Team Manager
Requirements:
• English & German fluent,
• Sales or Customer Service
• Customer management experience.
• Basic selling skills / experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent phone manner.
• Computer literate MS Office, MS Outlook
