CPL-HP is recruiting for Finnish or Swedish speakers to work as technical support agents. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience with a world leading IT company. Previous technical support or call centre experience is not essential - training will be provided.
The Client:
Cpl Managed Services provides outsourcing for a number of Multinational IT companies based around Ireland. In 2003 we started our partnership with Hewlett Packard, now based in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. Here we are responsible for the recruitment and overall operations of various international helpdesks.
As a CPL employee working on-site in HP you will gain excellent experience in the field of technical support with access to a broad range of career opportunities over the period of your employment with us.
Job Responsibilities
Finnish or Swedish Support Agents are required to log, validate and diagnose customer issues, on the full range of products and applications used on the customer site.
• Answer contacts promptly and professionally
• Log/Validate all contacts Call Handling Database
• Resolve customer problems using the relevant tools and systems
• Mentor new hires.
Job Requirements
Applicants interested in the role of Finnish or Swedish Technical Support Agent with CPL-HP, will require skills and experience in the following areas:
• Experience in communication with customers.
• Ability to apply analytical and investigative skills to resolve customer issues.
• Strong basic skills in Windows and Microsoft Office
• Ideally previous experience working within a technical support environment/customer service environment, but not essential.
