Our client, is seeking a German Speaking Account Manager to join their expanding team in Dublin.
The role will involve managing a portfolio of clients within the travel sector and providing a high level of customer service and management to this valuable portfolio of clients.
You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a portfolio of client accounts. You will ensure that the highest standards of customer care and professionalism are provided in order to retain customer loyalty.
This is a commercially focused role and you will be play a pivitol role in ensuring that financial targets are achieved.
Responsibilities of the Role:
• You will service and manage a portfolio of large travel based accounts
• You will resolve all client queries and issues effectively.
• You will develope strong, co-operative relationships with clients
• You will provide a first class service to clients.
• Managing large volume administrative workload
Education & Experience
• Previous experience of Managing a portfolio of Travel Accounts.
• Financial Services experience - dealing with external clients and resolving queries via phone or email
• Fluency in English and German (both oral and written)
• 3rd Level Qualification desirable
Skills:
• Client Focused – well used to interacting with clients to ensure issues are resolved to the clients satisfaction
• Commercially driven and astute with the ability to absorb technical financial information
• Experienced at dealing with large volume administration work
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Results orientated and highly motivated with an ability to deliver to set targets and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• An excellent working knowledge of Lotus, Excel and Word
• Ability to work on own initiative (without supervision) with a friendly, flexible and adaptable approach
Salary for this role depending on experience between €50000 - €52000 plus bonus
