Our client, a large multinational online company based in Dublin is seeking a Fluent Hebrew speaking Content Specialist.
In this role you will manage the quality of customer support content for the Hebrew speaking market. You will work closely with the Dublin based Product Support and in-country teams to ensure that frontline content, templates, self help content and all content channels are accurate and culturally appropriate.
Duties of this role include
- Ensure content is culturally appropriate, well-written, accurate and approved by compliance.
- Translate and update content to reflect product updates
- Act as content expert for Customer Service content.
- Maintaining the Frontline Champion process with the relevant market
- Working with Product Support to establish content strategies that will improve the user experience.
- Take an active role in country-specific content projects.
- Project management
- Website bug spotting/fixing (QA)
Education and/or Relevant Experience:
- Hebrew with fluent English
- Excellent translation, writing and editing skills
- Ability to work within tight and often-changing deadlines
- Ability to work with and communicate effectively to diverse individuals
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
