My client is a worldwide organisation who deliver business process outsourcing services to companies across the globe, they are currently recruiting for their operations in Shannon.
They are currently recruiting for Multi Lingual Teleservices Representatives for one of their accounts.
Required:
3 x German
PURPOSE OF JOB
· To provide Client and Plan Participants Support on Transaction and Account enquiries
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handle in-coming calls from plan participants.
· Research, resolve and respond to questions in accordance with set policies and procedures.
· Recognise when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
· The ability to work accurately at all times even under pressure.
· Deal with confidential data.
· Track, Escalate, (as appropriate) and Resolve enquiries.
· Enter all pertinent customer information into the database.
· Take personal ownership of each and every participant until complete resolution of their enquiry.
· To handle and process all participants transactions in a timely manner.
· Be able to set participant expectations quickly.
· Update participant's records as required.
· Display a positive company image at all times
· Perform all other job related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience:
· Previous call centre experience desired
· Previous customer service experience essential
Knowledge:
· PC literate
· Microsoft Internet Explorer
Required Skills:
· Fluent German
· Excellent standard in English both written and oral required
· Have excellent communication skills
· Practice empathic listening skills
· Have the ability to handle many calls for long periods
· Have the ability to provide consistent, positive customer service
· Identifies Participants needs, manages expectations, and defines appropriate next steps
· Proactively solves participants problems
· Ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines
*This is a Full-Time Position (39 hours per week)
*This account will operate 24hrs 7 days per week therefore you must be willing to work flexible hours as the job demands
