In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Norwegian Customer Relationship Manager for a permanent role based in County Louth.
Functions:
Phoning customers from existing customer database and generating increased sales.
Entering orders on-line.
Ensuring samples/brochures, etc are forwarded on timely basis if required by customers
Participation in product projects when required
Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management
Skills/Attributes/Requirements:
Be adept at identifying and developing new sales opportunities for the company;
Good telephone manner: courteous, clear speech, good call management, assertive.
Be fluent in the following : Norwegian
Have previous experience within a sales environment, particularly direct sales and with a proven sales ability;
Achieve and/or exceed sales targets using defined sales techniques;
Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure;
Be computer literate, with good keyboard skills; familiar with different on-line data-base packages.
Possess good communication and listening skills with a pleasant telephone manner;
Possess good problem solving skills;
Be a good team player
