Our client, a large multinational company based in Cork is seeking German Customer Support Executives for start in July and August. In this role you will support valued customers with questions and troubleshooting on electrical hardware and software products.
The emphasis will be on providing a high level of customer service to customers contacting you with frequently asked questions and escalating more complex issues.
Role:
- In this role you will provide basic to moderately complex support for electronic products, systems, peripherals and software.
- To provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and show empathy for the customers at all times.
- All times, you will demonstrate a high level of customer service when helping a customer and if necessary, to escalate “hot” issues to a more experienced agent.
- Troubleshoot simple to complex technical issues with customers with a positive and knowledgeable approach.
- Adjust your approach to all levels of customer experience.
- Teach and educate customers on support options and the steps being taken to resolve their issue.
- Analyze information then drive it to resolution.
Skills and Attributes
- Have fluent German AND English
- Be a confident and enthusiastic communicator
- Have strong organizational and administrative skills
- Be a self-starter who is motivated and innovative
- An appreciation of the IT environment.
