Cash Allocations & Commissions Team Leader
The role of the Cash Allocations and Commissions Team Leader is to manage the day to day planning, operation and problem solving of the Financial Administration team in order to meet with the required service level standards. To develop the team to ensure delivery of consistently superior customer experience through highly knowledgeable and customer-focused officers. To manage, train and monitor the team’s development. To act as knowledgeable resource to direct reports and to offer creative solutions within a goal orientated environment. The Team Leader will act as the communication conduit between internal and external customers where necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver service level components, quality and productivity targets
People Management, including all HR related issues, as well as performance appraisals and staff development.
Ownership for problem resolution.
Work monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the CTZ service level agreement.
Training and development of staff.
Conducting regular one to one and team meetings.
Leading and motivating the team.
Ensuring ownership is taken of all queries received in department area so as to avoid ‘passing the buck’.
Contributing to recruitment and selection process of the front line.
Compiling weekly reports on team performance and customer feedback.
Communicate and act as a focal point of dissemination of information from management to team and vice versa.
Work very closely with team members to solve customer problems and provide detailed reconciliations where required.
Furnish management with weekly outstanding debt figures for communication to the Executive Committee for the purpose of providing an accurate picture of the department’s productivity.
Participate in various operational activities, outside of the Team to ensure that operational service delivery meets and exceed clients’ expectations.
Promote high Customer Service and Quality ethos on the team and in the company as appropriate.
Promote the company values and the ‘I make a difference’ initiative.
Represent the Head of Financial Administration or Financial administration Supervisor at meetings in their absence to ensure adequate department representation.
Monitoring emails and calls to ensure quality responses are given and any training issues are addressed.
Deal with escalations in a prompt and efficient manner.
Ensuring delivery of Clear to Zero in the allocation of funds received and Commission paid
Experience Required
People management experience
Knowledge Financial Administration function and working in pressurized environment.
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word)
