We are currently looking for Dutch Customer Service to join a Travel company based in Cork.
Responsibilities:
Position holder will primarily be responsible for handling accommodation queries for Company members during or prior to their vacation
Resolution of member queries and administration
Candidates will be expected to work in a self-directed manner but will receive mentor support from Team Leaders and coaches.
Requirements:
At least 6 months customer service experience. Customer service experience in the area of travel is a plus.
Fluency in Dutch and English
The company is offering a basic salary of 21,500 with Excellent benefits package to include the following:
