Summary
Oracle Primavera Global Business Unit (PGBU) has an immediate opportunity for am EPPM TeleMarketing Agent/Business Development Consultant, based in Dublin.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the development of an assigned sales territory, following up sales enquiries and qualifying these to provide sales leads to inside, field sales reps or Resellers for the Primavera EPPM solution.
* Assist with response to inbound inquiries as necessary and make the volume of outbound telephone calls to develop a target pipeline of sales leads and the assigned sales territory
* Qualify sales opportunities identifying customers/prospects requirements
* Allocate qualified sales leads to the relevant channel : Field sales, Telesales or Resellers
* Develop and maintain an accurate customer contact database
* Work in collaboration with the field sales force and the marketing team to plan and implement campaigns & mailing activities
* Document and provide line management with regular reports or information as required
Qualifications
* Fluency in English and other language (French, German,Russian, Italian,Spanish, ....)
* A proven history (2 years minimum) in a B2B telemarketing environment preferably in an IT / Software environment.
* Knowledge of software applications like ERP, Project Portfolio management solution or Oracle Applications a plus
* University degree or equivalent professional experience or Education in computer science
* High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment.
* Self motivated to continuously expand personal professional knowledge
* Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment
* Professional with good organisational and planning skills.
* Good telephone communication and persuasive skills in applicable language, both written and verbal
* Committed team player.
