Our client, based in Dublin South, is a global financial service provider, one of the largest in the world, with international presence in more than 50 countries across the world.

We are looking for Portuguese speakers to join their Multilingual team.


Main responsibilities:

- Contact and deal with customers in situations where customers have potential to affect commercial interests of the business (i.e. bad debt, credit limits etc. within remit of the department)
- Adopt cases and generate correspondence following initial customer contact with another area while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain existing, and where necessary establish, good working relationships with external contacts such as Solicitors, Police, Debt Collection Agencies etc. in order to ensure maximisation of the overall business relationship.
- Adopt a flexible approach in order to support others and undertake other duties as required



Skills required:

- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Good telephone manner and letter writing
- Customer Service experience is essential
- Collections experience would be a distinct advantage
